Strength and endurance in one plan
Lift, run, ride and swim in a single plan that balances the two, so your legs aren't wrecked before the long run. Log sets in seconds; finished sessions go to Apple Health.

Private beta · iPhone
Mitovo reads your Apple Health data, builds one plan for strength and endurance, and adapts it every week to your sleep, recovery and schedule. And it tells you why.
Free during the beta. We'll email you once to confirm, then when your spot is ready.

How it works
Chat assistants can read your data. Mitovo keeps a real, periodised plan, runs it with you every day and changes it when your life does.
01Assess
Mitovo reads your Apple Health history (workouts, heart rate, HRV, sleep) and asks about your goals, your week and old injuries. Then it shows where you stand: VO₂max, resting heart rate, best efforts and strength, tracked over months.

02Plan
From season to session, with deload weeks and the balance between lifting and running worked out for you. Every session says why it's there, and endurance sessions land on your Apple Watch.

03Adapt
Missed a session, slept badly, felt a niggle? Your coach proposes a change and shows the week before and after. You decide.

Features
The plan, the training and the recovery around it, in one app.
Lift, run, ride and swim in a single plan that balances the two, so your legs aren't wrecked before the long run. Log sets in seconds; finished sessions go to Apple Health.

Structured endurance sessions show up in the Workout app on your Apple Watch, with a target for every interval.
A daily recovery score from your HRV and resting heart rate against your own normal, plus sleep duration, timing and stages.

Targets that change with your training days. Log by voice, barcode or search, and see what you ate against what you burned.

Recovery, sleep, today's session and your nutrition on the Home Screen.
Your coach schedules tests when they fit the plan, explains how to do them and uses the results to update your zones and thresholds.

Privacy
Mitovo needs your data to coach you. It doesn't need it for anything else.
Your data lives on our servers in Nuremberg. Backups are encrypted and stay in the EU.
No advertising, no data brokers, no tracking SDKs in the app.
You choose what Mitovo may read from Apple Health. Delete your account in the app any time, or ask us for a copy of your data.
The AI coach runs on Anthropic's Claude. It sees your training data and what you told it, never your email address.
Maps of your workouts are read on your phone and never uploaded.
FAQ
No. Mitovo is a training and wellness coach. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. When something sounds like a medical issue, it tells you to see a doctor and plans around what your doctor says.
An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. An Apple Watch is recommended, because heart rate, HRV and sleep make the coaching much better, but it isn't required.
Anyone 16 or older who wants to train with a plan: beginners, lifters, runners, cyclists, triathletes and everyone who mixes them.
Nothing during the beta. Pricing for later isn't set yet. Beta testers hear first, and nobody is charged without choosing a plan.
A chat answers a question and forgets. Mitovo keeps a periodised plan, puts sessions on your Watch, checks what you actually did and adapts the plan, every week.
